These are some of things to consider when contacting us to come and do an outreach, event or to bring a word to your area.

 

 

• Estimated size of event
• Estimated number of attendees
• Estimated number of children
• Estimated number of adults
• Type of audience, pastors, youth, non-church goers, or church-goers
• Name of the event [ if you don’t have a name, we will name it ]
• Estimated date of the event
• Days of the event [ how many dates is it going to be 1,2,3, etc. ]
• Are you planning to charge for the event
• Address of event
• Estimated amount of funds you will have for the event
• Estimated amount of volunteers you will have for the event
• You don’t have to have any of these things, but if you have some things to work with make a list of any and all equipment you will have for the event [such as speakers, chairs, microphones, stage, etc.]
